2. Pay a 20% deposit

Once your configuration is finalised, a 20% deposit secures your build slot.

3. Build & final inspection
We begin your build when the slot opens.
Typical build turnaround is 4–6 weeks depending on demand.

4. Pay the final balance

The remaining 80% is due after inspection and before delivery.
